What is Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy?
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is a painless and specialised oxygen therapy that involves breathing pure oxygen whilst in a hyperbaric chamber at increased atmospheric pressure (higher than normal air pressure).
This allows blood plasma to absorb up to ten to fifteen times more oxygen at pressure greater than sea level
What to Expect
Step 1: Prior to your first hyperbaric oxygen session, all patients complete a medical questionnaire that is reviewed by Dr Nur.
Step 2: You’ll have a consultation with Dr Nur to establish the safest and most efficient personalised plan for hyperbaric Oxygen therapy.
She will then advise on the length of each session (60 or 90 minutes), frequency, and the total number of sessions.
Your HBOT plan will depend upon factors such as your health condition and goals.

More effective: We use highly specialised BIBS (built-in breathing system) masks that funnel out exhaled air, allowing the delivery of near 100% oxygen levels.
Unlike other clinics, we never use reservoir oxygen masks or nasal cannulas; not only do they deliver a lower level of oxygen (~26%), there’s no clinical evidence of their effectiveness for HBOT.
